Terms & Conditions for the FRANC2024 Event platform

The following terms and conditions (T&C) apply to the use of the online platform FRANC2024, which has been developed for the Fresenius Kabi advanced Nutrition Conference “FRANC2024 – Oncology” in Bad Homburg, Germany – November 2024. 

By registering for the event, you agree to

• receive emails from the FRANC Orga team and their partners, which contain information about the event, travel information, the program, the speakers and other relevant topics. 
• participate in surveys and polls that are conducted prior, during and after the event, to capture your service-on-return, feedback, opinion or preferences on various aspects of the event. The results of these surveys and polls may be used by the organizers for the evaluation and improvement of the event, as well as for the creation of reports and statistics.
• provide some personal data, such as name, email address, organization and position, travel data etc. These data are used by the organizers only for the purposes of the event and are not shared with third parties, unless required by law or you have expressly consented. The data will be stored for up to 90 days after the end of the event and then deleted, unless there are legal retention obligations. Please see also our Data Privacy statement.
• adhere to the usual etiquette in online communication. This means that you do not disseminate or agree to any offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, threatening, obscene or illegal content. The organizers reserve the right to exclude participants who violate these rules from the platform and take legal action if necessary.

Cancellation rules

If you wish to cancel your participation in the event, you must do so by email to registration@franc2024.com . The cancellation must be made at least 14 days before the start of the event, after that 100% of the participation fee is due (for more details please refer to your individual Participation Agreement).
